InCloud instance confirmation wasn't received after registration

To complete InCloud instance registration, you need to confirm your intention via link from notification email.

Sometimes notification email may be received in pre-defined mailbox folders, like, "Media", "Forum" or even "Spam" folder. If it's the case, then notification can be found by following email address: youtrack-incloud-support@jetbrains.com.

If you can not find the mail after these steps, please contact us directly.

Hello, except for the ordre confirmation, I have never received anything regarding my new Youtrack Incloud instance.
I support that, as a result, is the reason for this:

Never moving on after more than 5 hours.

Please advice.
