How to change root account for InCloud instance Follow
If you need to change the root password for your YouTrack InCloud instance, please send a request with the following details:
- InCloud instance name
- email address of the current root account
- email address that should be set as a root account
For security reasons we can only change the root account, if you connect us from the e-mail that is registered as a current root.
