YouTrack hangs on start

While running YouTrack on a dedicated server (including virtual machines, or hosted servers like digitalocean, openshift, etc.) you might face a problem when YouTrack seems to hang up on start. Booting YouTrack might take up to 10 minutes or so.

YouTrack comes bundled with Hub, an authorization and user, and access management service. On a dedicated server without usual hardware sources of entropy Hub might not initialize SecureRandom fast enough, causing a significant delay on YouTrack start.
