I have more than 10 users in a subscription. Am I allowed to have the first 10 users for free?

The YouTrack free plan is for teams of up to 10 users. The Free plan does not cover the first 10 users. It’s only for teams that have 10 users or fewer in total.

When you need more users, you can switch seamlessly from a free plan to a paid subscription for 11+ users. In this case, all users in the subscription become paid. E.g., if you need 11 users in total, you pay for each of them.

When you add more users, you will be switched to a per-user subscription, and the total cost of your subscription will be calculated as your total number of users times the price per user.
