How do I add more users to my subscription?

You may choose to upgrade your subscription to add more users at any time. If you activated your subscription before August 1, 2020, you may switch from your existing user pack to one with more users by choosing one of the available options – 15, 25, 50, 100, 500, 2,000, or 10,000 users – while remaining on your legacy pricing plans. If you started your YouTrack subscriptions after August 1, 2020, or if you have switched to one of the new Server plans available since August 1, 2020, more granular packages are available. You may switch from your existing user pack to one with more users by choosing one of the available options –15, 25, 50, 100, 250, 500, 750, 1,000, or 2,000 users, and more – on your pricing plan.

Once you have an active subscription and choose to upgrade it, your subscription will be active for one more year starting on the upgrade date, and the total cost of the upgrade will be reduced by the unused part of your current subscription. You can use this calculator to explore the prices, and you are free to upgrade online at anytime.
