Ignore parts of description in live search when creating tickets?



Context: We set up a issue template for our general staff to create tickets for the development team. This template includes some suggestions/helpful hints to help these users fill out a good bug report.  

Problem/Question: Unfortunately, the language in this template is making the live search for similar issues all but useless.  Is there some formatting we can use to ensure that certain content in the template from being passed to the fuzzy live search of similar issues?
