Feature Request: byte serving (better video seeking support)

We attach videos to most of our bug reports and often have trouble seeking within the attached videos. After a bit of googling and inspecting the headers YT sends for video files, it looks like it might not support byte serving (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Byte_serving). While some browsers attempt to hack around the lack of byte serving, it still often causes problems.

This would be a huge quality of life improvement for us!
