CSV export without HTML records
HI, we have automised the process of task management and opening of new tickes by importing emails from out support box directly to youtrack. However, in this way the description field contains some html data and impacts the export in csv format.
Is it possible to pefrom the export in csv, excluding html ?

Hello! Unfortunately, it's not possible to exclude HTML code from the export, so we can recommend you to use our REST API and filter out the HTML parts using REST API.
As another option, you can use some tool which would filter HTML tags from CSV files. A tool like this: http://www.unit-conversion.info/texttools/strip-tags/
