Auto fill fields based on field Follow
I want to make tickets auto filled based on a SKU field. So once the user types in a SKU, based on that it will automatically add color, description, company, brand, etc. Would we need to create new workflows based on every SKU or is there an easier way to make it look at an excel table that we could easily update? Would prefer to not have to make a new workflow for every individual item.
Any help is appreciated!

Hello Catheryn, I'm sorry for the delay.
We'd recommend you to create a workflow for this case. You can write all the SKU values into one workflow, that shouldn't be a problem.
Unfortunately, you can only do it via workflows, there is no other way to implement such dependencies.
