I'm trying to configure YT as a helpdesk, and have followed the instructions at https://www.jetbrains.com/help/youtrack/standalone/Use-YouTrack-as-a-Help-Desk.html#set-up-project which seems to work.
However, I would like to send a confirmation email to the customer when the issue is created (including instructions so my users can find their issues on the web).
I found the instructions about "Send confirmation emails on issue creation" in the link above, but it does not seem to correspond to anything I see in my version of YT. In particular I do not find anything corresponding to "(right before the
Last message related emails=null line)".
