Youtrack is not loading

Hi, 

I've been trying to access our youtrack but it is not loading. I'd like to do an update but I cannot proceed since I wanted to backup the database first. 

there's no error popping on the screen and it's just a blank screen whenever I reload the page so I do not know what's the problem.

Hello Aerielle, could you please provide us the full logs of your instance? You can send them to youtrack-feedback@jetbrains.com or upload to our FTP: and then let us know the name of the archive: ftp://ftp.intellij.net/.uploads/

Also please let us know the build number you're currently running + attach a screenshot of the page that you see when you try to reach your instance.

Hi,

This just happened again. actually our team use two Youtracks. Both are in different servers. The other Youtrack works fine but the other does not load. Is it possible that the problem is because of the server and not Youtrack?

Aerielle, please upload your full logs from YouTrack as per p.1 here: https://youtrack-support.jetbrains.com/hc/en-us/articles/206546369-When-we-ask-you-to-provide-additional-details-logs-database-HAR-etc- to our FTP and then write us to youtrack-feedback@jetbrains.com with the name of the uploaded file + the build number that you're currently using.
