In your screenshot, this is JetBrains' YouTrack https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/. This YouTrack is managed by the JetBrains team. So given that you are not part of it, you cannot manage its administrative settings.
If you want to create your own YouTrack, please sign up for YouTrack Cloud for free at https://www.jetbrains.com/youtrack/. Alternatively, you can install YouTrack on your own server if you prefer.
Thanks! Yeah I still dont quite understand why there is two versions. I just hit login with my jetbrains / rider account. Which I guess did not create the youtrack cloud that I needed. Thank you for the link.
Each organization has its own YouTrack instance. In your case, you logged into the JetBrains YouTrack instance where you don't have administrative privileges you are looking for.
If you create your own instance, as I mentioned, you'll be an admin and able to manage any settings.
It looks nothing like the tutorial's I watch, and I am attempting to intergrate with LadyBug who shows these tabs….
