How to set Sender email from HelpDesk to <support@mycompany.com> ?

Hi,

(Evaluating YouTrack)

We forward emails from our support@mycompany.com email to the HelpDesk project.

When an Agent replies the email has the correct Sender Name (ie MyCompany Support) but the From Address is <service@youtrack.cloud>

Is is possible to change it to <support@mycompany.com>  so that our clients have it in their address book and possible filters as they do today ?
