How to set Sender email from HelpDesk to <> ?


(Evaluating YouTrack)

We forward emails from our email to the HelpDesk project.

When an Agent replies the email has the correct Sender Name (ie MyCompany Support) but the From Address is <>

Is is possible to change it to <>  so that our clients have it in their address book and possible filters as they do today ?
