Sorting Sub-aricles by title

We have done a lot of work in Confluence to name the articles sensibly.
This also ensures that they are displayed in a meaningful order, which makes searching much easier.

In YouTrack, the articles appear randomly mixed up.

Hi! This is Julia from YouTrack Support.

There's indeed no way to sort articles alphabetically right now, so I registered this feature request: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/JT-79905/Allow-sorting-Knowledge-Base-articles-alphabetically. YouTrack lets you reorder articles manually though by dragging them to the needed position on the list - maybe, it can help as a temporary workaround.

There's also a task in our tracker related to preserving the article order from Confluence: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/JT-65713/Explore-a-possibility-of-preserving-the-articles-order-during-the-Confluence-import. It can be helpful if you import Confluence articles into YouTrack, so if that's your case, feel free to subscribe to the task to get notified about any progress!
