HelpDesk: Email feed - can you remove html?
Hi,
Many of my helpdesk requests come from a 3rd party I can't control and in an HTML format.
The problem is when inside the ticket other CSS takes over and we get a mess with overflowed text and narrow tables.
A simple solution would be to strip the html tags just leaving text.
Is this possible? Are there any other ideas?

Hi Alan, it's not possible to edit the text in the helpdesk ticket, so there is no way to strip the tags. Maybe you can share an example of an incoming email (as an EML file) that breaks the HTML rendering in YouTrack? You may use our upload service and let us know the upload ID.
