how to reset bad TC interop import?

On "TeamCity Changes" tab (on an issue) I have an bad user saying "YouTrack

user could not be found. Reason: More than one YouTrack user found with

email registered in TeamCity for committer".

I deleted the duplicate user (using same email address) but how do I resync

this bad issue? I tried "reset" on the YT-TC-Integration admin page for the

project but nothing changed after re-run.

Unfortunately, there is no way to fix this problem. Bad commit meassage will stay forever.
