I'm not sure I got you right, but fixed issues are displayed among others. You can delete any unwanted issues, but it's not archiving: delete is permanent.
If you want to see only unresolved issues (all but fixed, invalid, won't fix and so on) just enter in search bar "#Unresolved". You will get to the page like http://youtrack.jetbrains.net/issues?q=%23Unresolved in the tracker. If you want to exclude only "Fixed" ones, type "State: -Fixed". You will get to the page like http://youtrack.jetbrains.net/issues?q=State%3A+-Fixed where you will not see any "Fixed" issues, but will see among others ones which are not resolved (invalid and so on).
We're so used to other tracking apps. where you marked a ticket as "fix" is the same as completed and archive. But I can configure everyone page to display only "non-fixed" issues. Thanks.

You can get more information on the searches in our documentation at http://confluence.jetbrains.net/display/YTD3/Quick+Start+Guide.+Searching+for+Issues and http://confluence.jetbrains.net/display/YTD3/Search+Query+and+Commands+Reference.
Excatly what I needed.
