Is it possible to disable some keyboard shortcuts? Follow
I have a problem with some keyboard shortcuts. They are in conflict with standard Polish keyboard settings and I don't want to limit users to use only English in issue description.

You can customise the keyboard shortcuts for your YouTrack server, please follow the instructions here: https://www.jetbrains.com/help/youtrack/incloud/7.0/Customize-Keyboard-Shortcuts.html
Hi,
unfortunately it's not possible. Could you please clarify what exact conflicts do you have?
Regards,
Alexander
Hi,
Yes, I can clarify. I have idenfied 3 conflicts:
Ctrl+Alt+C is used on Polish keyboards to enter letter "ć"
Ctrl+Alt+S is used on Polish keyboards to enter letter "ś"
Ctrl+Alt+A is used on Polish keyboards to enter letter "ą"
Do you see any workarround or can you implement a feature to "turn off some shortcuts" or "customize" keyborad shortcuts?
The tool is great but to deploy it in our organization I need to allow writing in Polish.

Blazej
Blazej,
here http://youtrack.jetbrains.net/issue/JT-3412#comment=27-149520 you can find a workaround how to patch YouTrack to avoid this problem.
Please pay attention that rar/war attached to the next comment is an old 2.0 version of YouTrack. So you should do a patch instead of using the attached files.
Feel free to vote for the issue.
Regards,
Alexander
Hi Alexander,
Thanks, the workaround works fine. Just for future would be nice to have it as a regular feature.

Blazej
Are there any short-time plans to get rid of this problem on cloud hosted version?
Probably not, as quick search shows that the problem is known for at least 5 years.
I'm quite amused that for all that time you're good with loosing quarter of Europe that uses AltGr for diacritic characters.
