How is the burndown chart supposed to be used when counting down tasks?
When a task is resolved, the burndown chart accounts for it, but is there a way to indicate progress while the ticket is worked on?
Let's say you use hours as field input, and the task is estimated to be 24h. It would help the project tracking if you were able to decrease the task by 8h every day, given that work is progressing as expected.
Can the developer decrease the estimation field as he progresses? And if that is the way you are supposed to use that field, how can you know the original estimation?
