Github repository configuration for organization?

Answered
I'm trying to configure our YT github repos. However when I give it my credentials it only shows my personal repos. I need to use my organizations repos. I am an owner of the organization.

Is there something I'm missing, or is this simply not supported?

Hello!
You should check "Show repositories for different owner", enter your organization name and you will be able to configure integration for organization's repos.

Did that, but it only shows the public repos, never private.

Hello, we have quick fix by now. This fix will be available in Monday in our bug fix release, but if you need it urgent I can give you it.

Memelet, are you using InCloud or self-hosted YouTrack?

Memelet,

I believe it fixed in 4.1.1 that will be released on next week.

I'm running into this problem today, running YouTrack 7.0 build 27676.

There is no "Show repositories for different owner" checkbox in YouTrack anymore unless I'm missing it.  If I put my Organization name in the "Repository Owner" field and click "Connect to VCS Server" it just times out.

How can I integrate with organization-owned, private repositories on Enterprise Github?

Wade, this seems to be a known issue: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/JT-38110 . Please upgrade YouTrack to the latest released version (after 28958 build).
