Can YouTrack be installed on an Apache VPS?

I'm a student who does webdesign projects and I've been looking for a good bug tracker to use. I tried the YouTrack trial and really liked it, but the monthly fee is too high for me right now. I see that a standalone version is available, but I'm not quite sure how to install it. Will the standalone version of YouTrack work an Apache VPS? If so, are there any instructions available on how to install it?
