Mailbox integration: Is there a way to strip HTML from emails?


I'm a big fan of the mailbox integration where I can just forward emails to a specific email address and they become a ticket. However, emails containing HTML are often parsed incorrectly (or not at all) in some views. For example, a ticket description preview on the Agile board will show raw HTML headers and is thus pretty useless. Once opening the ticket, HTML is rendered correctly.

Is there a way to strip HTML from incoming emails, or fix this in some other way?

Unfortunately you can't strip HTML from incoming email. However, as for Agile board presentation issue, we are working on it.
