I'm a big fan of the mailbox integration where I can just forward emails to a specific email address and they become a ticket. However, emails containing HTML are often parsed incorrectly (or not at all) in some views. For example, a ticket description preview on the Agile board will show raw HTML headers and is thus pretty useless. Once opening the ticket, HTML is rendered correctly.
Is there a way to strip HTML from incoming emails, or fix this in some other way?
