Resolved issues do not have line through style applied

I am not sure when this started happening but I recently notice that any issue that should be showing the resolved style (strike through)) are not. The odd part is that it does on some developers' machines but not on others. This makes me believe that it has to do with a css style. I have tried clearing the browser cache with no results. Does anyone have any suggestions or solutions?
