Auto update in YouTrack

Hey everyone!

Is there a way for the issue tracker to automatically populate new tickets?

For example if one employee creates and issue on one side of the building, it automatically populates on all other open instances of the issue tracker without the other employee's having to hit refresh on the page?

It's use is if a call comes in, the receptionist enters the ticket and then the engineers see it without having to refresh/get a call from the receptionist.

I too would like to see this and - to add - would also like to see when items have moved on the agile board from column to column.

Generally speaking, this would be covered in a blanket request for "Can the agile board periodically poll for updates?"
As a really hacky workaround you could create a simple html file that includes an iframe containing your agile board.  Then use the old <meta http-equiv="refresh" content="60"> tag to force a refresh every x seconds.  Not pretty but would work until something better comes along.
If a user changes an issue all the opened 'full screens' of this issue will show a message:
New comment added by #user at 04 Apr 2014 14:05. Refresh?
