Resolved items not showing as Crossed Out

Hello,

I have a strange issue with my Youtrack instance (5.2.2).  A few months ago, I migrated the instance to a new server via the import script.  Ever since then, Issues are randomly showing as not struck out when moved to a resolved state.  Can anyone think of a reason this might happen? Is there anyway to fix the items not getting crossed out?  It's making it hard to read the issue lists accurately.

Hello Myles,

Please, check that Deployed state is marked as Resolved (Administration> Projects> target project> Fields tab> State value bundle> click on Deployed and check Resolved option).
Also, are there other custom fields of State type? If you have several fields of State type, then issue marks as Resolved if all fields of State type have Resolved value.

Yes, the Deployed state is marked as Resolved for that project bundle as well as all other state bundles.

And did you check SB-5333 issue has all fields of state type set with Resolved values?

Ah, that was it. There is another state field we use with no values set as "resolved".  It's a nullable field though, so when someone leaves it blank, the issue gets crossed out.
