Setting up Python interpreter bug (PyCharm 4.0.4) Follow

When I'm adding a new interpreter which already exists in a list of interpreters it adds a new string with suffix (1, 2...). After removing one of dublicates it removes all of them with the same binaries path. If i decided add this interpreter back, it returns back with additional dublicates. For now there is no way to remove a dublicate.
