How do I set up ldap integration in youtrack 6. Follow

In the previous version of youtrack we had ldap integration set up, but when upgrading to 6.0 it looks like we lost the integration. When reading through: https://confluence.jetbrains.com/display/YTD6/LDAP+Authentication+Module, which looks like a decent documentation of the feature with one exception, we don't have the "Auth modules" under "More settings". Also, it looks like we are missing the "Create auth module" and "Update auth module" permissions, the admin role doesn't even have them.

Is it something that we need to add to youtrack to get this working?
