How do I get the Zendesk ticket ID in YouTrack?
Hi,
I've got YouTrack and Zendesk linked together. I am able to retrieve all the tickets from Zendesk but I keep switching between YouTrack and Zendesk to find out the Zendesk ticket ID when I am working on YouTrack interface.
Is there a way by creating a custom field for instance to get the Zendesk ID?

Currently this is not possible in YouTrack. Please vote/comment for the issue in our tracking system to increase it's priority and be notified about updates:

I too have this issue. My solution was to set a command to tag all ticket from Zendesk but this does not work so great. If anyone has insight on how to get the ZenDesk ticket ID into YouTrack that'd be such a huge benefit.

Also, note that Syncing seems to work one way.
Is there any way to sync both ways instead of only from Zendesk?
I would also like to automatically have the Zendesk ticket ID in the corresponding YouTrack issue. It doesn't even have to be a field, it's fine if it's just in the comments (although a field would of course be nicer).
