Not sure how this has happened but I am unable to log onto my YouTrack instance. I'm the only admin on the system so I need to be able to reset the password if I can.
I've tried to reset the 'root' password by passing
true parameter to the windows service but I get this:
Can't unban user due to license restrictions.
So the next step was to buy a license however it appears that I can only add the license if I log in as admin.
Is there a way out of this loop?
