YouTrack inCloud free plan: Data Lost after youtrack update to the latest version (4.0)

Hi there,

i'm an administrator on a YouTrack project, since the last update there were 54 issues in this project, but after YouTrack update to 4.0, 49 issues on 54 are apparently lost and the numeration of the new issues starts back from number 6.

The issue type of the 49 disappeared issues was not in the default YouTrack types list...

Could anyone help me to get back all the lost issues?

Hi,
could you please clarify the problem? Do you use inCloud version (subscription plan and a name of an instance) or standalone one? Could you please provide more details about previous version of YouTrack and the process of update. If possible please an email to youtrack-feedback@jetbrains.com with your database and a copy of this information.

as specified in the thread title, i'm using inCloud version of YouTrack, here the details of my subscription plan:

Subscription plan: Free plan - 9 users + 3,000 issues
Private projects: no
SSL: no
Custom logo: no
Disk space: 5GB
Subscription start date: May 31,2012
Billing period: none

The previous YouTrack version was: 3.3.1

The update process to 4.0 version was automatically executed by the "JetBrains YouTrack Team", and i was notified about that via email on Jul 2, 2012,
i don't have a dump of the database before this date.

As you requested, i'll send also an email with copy of this information to youtrack-feedback@jetbrains.com.

Instance was restored from backUp, also newly created isseus were migrated.
