Youtrack 4.0.4 freezes during search

I haven't got even 1000 tasks, but you track freezes during search. I have a project with prefix for tasks FW. So I tryed for quick search and placed FW-32 in search area and pressed enter. It started some process and that was it. I was unable to access anything else. Only after shuting down tomcat on ubuntu server and starting up again I was able to get it back to work.

What might be the issue here?

Could you please provide us with some more details about your issue. What hardware are you running YouTrack on? Do you experience the same behavior after restarting tomcat?

I have Windows7 as main OS on my PC. Also I have VMware Workstation installed on it. In VMware Workstation I have Ubuntu Server running. On Ubuntu Server I have a Apache Tomcat installed. Recently I installed YouTrack 4.0.4 as *.war file on Apache Tomcat. Also I transfered my old database from I think it was YouTrack 3.2. Everything worked okay. Foe example I have saved searches. One of them is something like: project: Project1 project: Project2 and State: -Resolved. So it is pasted into search area and returns expected result. But if I insert manually something like FW-32 then it starts loading process and this is it.

PC specs:
OS: Windows 2.6.1.7601 (Service Pack 1)
CPU: AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 955 Processor, 3.22 GHz
SYSTEM MEMORY: 4 GB
HARD DISK SIZE: 415.56 GB, ( 71% FREE SPACE )

PS
Also I must say, that if I turn off my VM (not saving current state), then starting YT 4.0.4 takes much longer, then YT 3.2.
