Failed to fetch (Mailbox)


I've followed the instructions regarding integration a mailbox so that tickets will be created from incoming emails.

Everything works fine when I test the connection,
but when all is done, rules and everything and i click "fetch",
I get the message: "Failed to fetch"

Anyone that can give a helping hand regarding what I'm doing wrong?

Sorry for not responding earlier!
Did you receive the email to the mailbox with which you try to integrate YouTrack?
Does the maintainer of the rule has enough permissions in project (create issue, update issue, add comment) ?
Did you download the mailbox.log attached to a exclamation mark in front of the rule?

If it doesn't help, please provide us with the screenshots of the page with mailbox integrations configs and pages with the rule configs.

I've gotten this to work now. Well, with that I mean I can now get YouTrack to fetch emails. My question now is that I have absolutely no clue how to configure the postprocessing. Is there any documentation ragarding this? Or can I get help some how?
