The workflow editor won't connect to my inCloud server

I'm trying to connect the workflow editor to my inCloud server, but it keeps saying "Connection error: Can't login user. Forbidden"

Here all my tests, with and without REST API enabled, using my root credentials:

Didn't try the https way on my custom domain, since I can't configure it (there is an open ticket about that).

Please help.

Hello Andrea,

Please, refer to related instructions. Navigate to Connection settings in your Workflow editor and fill in the target fields.
URL should be in format http://instancename.myjetbrains.com/youtrack

Also, speaking of custom domain issue, I've replied in email thread.
Thank you.

Thank you Andrey.

Eventually I've found out that I must use my JetBrains account and not the one configured in YouTrack.

I think that this must be better specified in both the instructions you linked and in the application as well.

Thanks Andrea. I don't think I would have guessed to use a non-youtrack account to connect to youtrack.

Let me know if it helps. Thank you.

Hello Luis, I'm sorry for the delay.

Please check the following:

1) The root account is not banned

2) Root account has Low-level Administration permission

3) Root account has Update Project permission

4) The credentials that you're entering are correct.

Thank you!

Hi Liubov,

I'm using my personal account. Im the System Admin, I don't know what do you mean with "root account".

Hi Luis, if you take a look at the list of your users (Administration > Users), there should be a root user in the list.
Is it possible to try to connect to the WFE using that account?

Hi Liubov,

I verified the list of your users under (Administration > Users), and I don't have the user root.

Thanks,

Luis, could you please submit a support request and attach a screenshot from your Hub Profile page (click your Profile in the upper right corner > click Hub profile)?

Thanks.
