Corrupt .xd file within teamsysdata prevents loading of youtrack.

When loading the website from a server that crashed I got the error (see attached) stating that the underlying exception was an "IndexOutOfBoundsException." After removing the most recently updated .xd file (backed up for possibility of recovery) and restarting the service made youtrack load correctly again. What I need is a way to repair or recover the data from that last .xd file.
