How can I make a field visible, but read only to a reporter.

On youtrack.jetbrains.com (see screenshot), when creating an issue, some fields are visible, but read only (state, assignee, fix versions). I know how to make a field private, but not read only.

How can I manage to do that on my own youtrack configuration? I searched everywhere and I can't manage to find the good configuration.

Please, delegate 'Read issue private fields' permission to target user group.

As I understand, it's not configurable on a per-field basis (ex. I don't want the reporters to see the time tracking fields, but they should see the fix versions)
