Custom Email Templates Gone After Upgrade

Hello, I just upgraded from 4.2 to 5.2.2, and the customizations I made to the notification templates are gone. Is there a way to restore these? I have a backup of my database, and a backup of the installation directory. This is on a Windows Server 2008R2 machine.

Hello Steve,

Notifications have been redesigned since YouTrack 5.0.
Did you try to switch to Granular scheme?

I did not try to switch to Granular scheme, I already made the important changes to the templates with the digest scheme. If I had switched to granular, would my old templates be there?

Steve,

Custom notifications should be saved under Granular scheme, as they were made according to this scheme in 4.2.

Ok thank you. I like the way the digest scheme works, so I will just modify the new templates.
