Image preview non-existent in comments
When I hover over an attached image in the body of an issue, I see a preview of that image. However, hovering over the attachment in a comment does not produce a preview. Is this by design, or is it a bug, or browser specific limitation maybe? I tried in Chrome and Firefox.

That's by design. In fact, attachments are added to issue instead of comment, so it's available from the description. You may also mention that edit and delete options on attachment's icon are available from description only.
Defined as mistaken behaviour. Feel free to watch for updates on issue.
