My team's private site is inaccessible for >24 hours due to a server upgrade?

Very frustrated right now that our site has been unavailable for over a day.

We need to be informed this is happening ahead of time and we should not be down for over a day.

I logged this issue:
JT-26822  Private site is inaccessible: http://adsk-oss.myjetbrains.com/

Can I please get any information about how much logger the maintenance period will last?
