Ticket is visible for all customers. How to change this?

Hello

i'm testing youtrack. I made a project. The Project Editor is the Project-Admin. If a customer sends an e-Mail with a ticket, the ticket is automaticlly visible for all other users. The customer should only see his tickets and not the tickets from the other customers. I know, that I can change the visability, but I think, it must be an global setting?
