YouTrack 2018.2 fails to send emails via Amazon SES Follow
YouTrack fails to send email via Amazon SES. Tried SMTP with & without TLS (every combination from here: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/ses/latest/DeveloperGuide/send-email-smtp-software-package.html). Changing to other ports leads to the error "unable to connect on port N).
