HowTo Add user to project and board?

Hi, I'm trying to add a user to a board. A user should be able to create, view, update cards on a board.

I have a project, I've added one more board to it. A user has developer, observer, reporter roles for a project, but he CAN'T STILL access board!

Unfortunately, you are not allowed to access the page you've requested. It seems you don't have sufficient permissions.

 

What do I do wrong?

Hi,

The user is allowed to access the board only if he is included in the list of users who can view the board (https://www.jetbrains.com/help/youtrack/incloud/Agile-Board-Settings.html#General-Settings). Please check the board settings (General tab) that the group chosen there includes the user.
