YouTrack cloud security model -- does it have system account issues like Jira does?

The JIRA cloud application adds 5 Atlassian system accounts to a customer's Jira installation without the customer's knowledge or consent. The customer cannot remove or revoke these accounts. Of course, this creates a security hole where someone gaining access to one of these system accounts can now access all the data for all Jira cloud customers.

Does YouTrack cloud have similar security flaws?

JetBrains doesn’t add any system user accounts to your YouTrack automatically. Our customer support team, however, has a technical ability to restore an administrative account. This feature is used upon customers request to restore an account lost due to server misconfiguration or forgotten password.
