Unregistered User not enough rights to open a ticket

 Hi all,

I've setup a project with the mailbox to use it as a helpdesk. The problem I have right now is that in the Mailbox Settings I have made the configuration so that the Email sender will be added as issuer and if the email address/user doesn't exist (not registered) and new account will be opened. Unfortunately when testing this I receive an error message that the unregistered user is unable to create an issue, how can I solve this?

Please create an auto-join group where all new users will be joined to (https://www.jetbrains.com/help/youtrack/incloud/Edit-Basic-Settings-of-a-Group.html) and grant this group with permissions (for example, a Reporter role - it has sufficient permissions to create issues; https://www.jetbrains.com/help/youtrack/incloud/Configure-Access-for-a-User-Group.html#grant-role-to-group).
