Copy workspace in PYCHARM from old MacBook Pro to new MacBook Pro

Hi Team,
I am facing a problem, where in I am not able to copy my workspace from my old MacBook Pro to my new MacBook Pro.
The export feature is not appearing in Mac version at least.

Please help.
