E-Mail Integration - Only create issues for mails that are not in response to another mail.

We have the case that sometimes we have to send mails from our mail address which is connected to YouTrack for issue and comment creation.

If someone answers to those emails we don't want to have a ticket created in those cases. So we only want to have a ticket create if the incoming mail is not in response to anything.

Is that possible somehow?

Hello, thank you for your question.

The first thing that comes to mind is that you set up additional filtering in the 'Filter' section of the rule settings. For example, you can put these special emails (where you're the thread starter) into a separate folder and make sure that your integration doesn't fetch emails from it.
