Agile board Permissions not working?

I created agile boards both during project creation and standalone (linked to a Project) on cloud Track.
The permission field "Can view and use the board" and the other permision field doesn't show any group in the list (only the owner), even if there are groups and teams with developer role on project of the agile board.

The option box doesn't show the preconfigured groups either (like "project updaters"), it only shows the "no option found" message.

I synced the hub, too.

Any help?

Developers can't access the boards.
