What to do whit wrong icons after update to 2020.3 ?

Are the icons restored after restarting the IDE? Try to restore them manually via `Settings/Preferences | Appearance & Behavior | Menus and Toolbars`.

If the problem remains reinstall the IDE from https://www.jetbrains.com/idea/download .

I mean, if I'll reset toolbar, and again add fetch and pull operations, then this buttons has'nt icons, although allok in old version! 

The problem is not reproduced for my work environment. Try launching the IDE with default settings:

If the problem remains could you attach a screenshot from `Settings/Preferences | Appearance & Behavior | Menus and Toolbars` and collect diagnostic data? `Help | Collect Logs and Diagnostic Data`

The files can be uploaded at https://uploads.jetbrains.com (do not forget to specify the UploadID)

You can try using `Update Project` instead of `Pull...`

The `Fetch` icon is not implemented yet. Please follow https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-168063, for updates.

As a workaround, you could assign a custom icon by editing `Fetch` action.
