Custom Field: Assignee dropdown only shows logged in user Follow
My Customer Field Assignee has 6 user ids values, but when one of the user logs in, they either see AnonymizedXXXX or their own id. The entire dropdown list of users do not show.

Please make sure to check https://youtrack-support.jetbrains.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020905579-All-the-users-are-shown-as-anonymized out. It's a permission issue you're facing.
