Dashboard - Flag a ticket
Hello,
I have several projects in youtrack, working together with different other users. Now I want a widget on the dashboard, where I can add and remove tickets by hand, but I am the only one who can see changes to this "status".
Ideal solution
The ideal solution would be to have something like a "flag" for a ticket. Just like the star system, but separated from it because the stars are set automatically and I wanna do it by hand.
I tried it with enum fields, but then I have to select out of a list. What I want is a checkbox. Any chance to do it like that?
Another option would be to use the "agile board status" widget.
I therefore created a new custom agile board "This week" and installed the "Agile board status" widget. The probleme is, that the issues/tickets aren't show, just a count of the tickets.

Even though it's not exactly a checkpoint, I'd suggest using a tag for such a task. It lets you exactly 'flag' an issue. You can also create a private tag visible to you only.
Yes, the widget doesn't show the tasks themselves. You need to click on the column to be redirected to the list of the tasks. In this case, it might make sense to work on the board view directly. Alternatively, you can develop a custom widget that suits your needs.
