Jabber: "Cannot verify provided Jabber account"

Jabber is working on test to send notifications, but, when adding to a profile a jabber address and clicking on Send Verification Message, this popup: "Cannot verify provided Jabber account".

Any idea what is wrong?

Thank you for your support. As it is a public forum, I won't give the exact username address, but it is username@xabber.de -- and a username@xabber.de has been added to enable the sending out of updates on jabber, and clicking test, it does send and deliver updates. Even when that username@xabber.de or another working username2@xabber.de are added to a profile however, it does not allow adding the address to a profile.

Could you please create a support request and send us the logs of your instance (in case you use Server YouTrack) or tell us the name of your Cloud instance? Thank you in advance!
